The second of our revolutionary Edge Class ships - Celebrity Apex - will be sailing from Southampton in April 2020 for its first ever cruises. Boasting some of the most luxurious accommodations in our fleet, Celebrity Apex will offer Edge Staterooms with Infinite Balcony and twin level Edge Villas with outdoor plunge pools, to name a few. Add to this 29 world-class culinary venues, of which 7 are brand new speciality restaurants, and signature spaces such as the incredible Magic Carpet and Rooftop Garden, and you have a ship that elevates modern luxury cruising to new heights.
Through teaming up with some of the world’s best designers, Celebrity have created accommodation that has never before been experienced at sea.
The new Edge Staterooms feature an Infinite Balcony – touch a button and your entire living space becomes the balcony, letting you walk right out to the water’s edge.
They have created two exciting new suite categories too, and more than doubled the number of suites available. The new Iconic Suites are now the most luxurious and spacious in the fleet; while the six 2-storey Edge Villas boast 950 square feet of splitlevel, indoor-outdoor splendour.

Boasting a total of 29 distinctive restaurants, cafés, bars, and lounges to choose from, you’re sure to find a new favourite dish or cocktail every night of your holiday. With an incredible palate-pleasing collection of menus inspired by the destinations we visit, and visionary recipes created by our Michelin-starred chef Cornelius Gallagher, we’ll bring the flavours of the world to you - right onboard.
Our most revolutionary ships had to boast a main dining experience to match, so we have created not one but four complimentary main restaurants, each inspired by the destinations we visit. Each restaurant will feature regionally inspired wines, cocktails, and dishes served nowhere else onboard, and a rotating selection of Signature dishes that changes every evening as well as our most popular Classic dishes available every evening.
The main restaurants onboard our Edge Class ships offer more intimate dining experiences than any other ship in our fleet, with the same impeccable service. Every table has a dedicated wait staff including a head waiter, assistant waiter, and sommelier to ensure every need is met.
