Brønnøysund Norway

Norway's pretty, little fishing town of Brønnøysund sitting on a narrow peninsula surrounded by water and picturesque islands attracts visitors to admire fantastic scenery from the marina and wander along the side streets filled with quaint pubs serving traditional food and delicious cuisine in the restaurants.

While wandering around the town centre stop to admire the medieval stone Brønnøy Church with an ancient wooden crucifix. Take the opportunity to visit one of Norway's most unique geological landmarks, the Torghatten, a granite mountain with a large, natural tunnel running through the centre.
